At ConvertBQ, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with our PDF and scanned BoQ to Excel conversion service. If you find that the conversion result is not satisfactory, please review the conditions below for a refund.

Eligibility for Refund

Conversion Discrepancy

You are eligible for a refund if the conversion result is vastly different from the original file you uploaded. This applies only to the conversion outcome and not to any general dissatisfaction with the service.

Time Frame

Refund requests will be considered only for the remaining credits purchased within the 7 days prior to the filing of your complaint.

How to Request a Refund

1. File a Refund Request

Email your refund request to victor@getbeed.com.

2. Provide Evidence

Attach a clear screenshot showing that the conversion result is significantly different from the original file.

3. Review Process

Upon receiving your email and evidence, our support team will review your request. If approved, the refund will be issued for the remaining credits purchased within the eligible period.

Additional Information

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether the conversion result is sufficiently unsatisfactory to warrant a refund.

This refund policy applies solely to conversion-related issues and does not cover other aspects of the service.
